Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - 5 g
- Wheat flour - 4 tbsp
- Apple - 2 pcs.
- Sunflower oil - 30 ml
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Mash the cottage cheese well with a fork, add sugar, and egg, and mix everything thoroughly.
- Pour in the sifted flour, and vanilla, mix, and add grated or diced apple.
- Heat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, and fry the syrnyky until golden brown.
It is best to eat the dish immediately, you can add sour cream.
