A lazy version of a pita bread snack: it takes a maximum of 15 minutes to prepare
Use pita bread to quickly prepare a hearty snack. Whatever ingredients you wrap in it will be delicious and nutritious. Seasonal greens, lots of cheese, and sour cream and garlic sauce are perfect for this occasion.
The idea of making a quick pita bread snack was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Valeria with the nickname valeriia.cooking. You just need to fry the formed tubes in a frying pan.
Ingredients:
- pita bread
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- mozzarella cheese - 180 g
- greens - a bunch
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- salt - to taste
- garlic - 1 clove
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the greens, grate the eggs and cheese.
2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
3. Grease half of the pita bread.
4. Roll up the roll.
5. Fry in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil on both sides until crispy.
6. Serve with sauce.
