7 options for the healthiest snacks you can eat anytime
A snack is an underestimated meal that helps us not to overeat during dinner or eat at night. They don't have to be cooked, as it can even be a banana, apple, nuts, but don't confuse healthy snacks with unhealthy ones, such as butter rolls, pies, chips, and bars.
Nutritionist Albina Komisarova shared on Instagram some non-trivial, tasty and healthy snack options that will help you not to feel hungry between meals.
Banana, a 25-30 gram slice of cheese and cherry tomatoes, as well as low-fat yogurt + fruit or berries. Toast made from rye flour, cottage cheese, 30 grams of unsalted nuts or a handful of dried fruit – 30 grams.
Pita with: avocado, lightly salted fish, cheese, olives, lettuce, cucumber, scrambled eggs, poultry/meat, choice, and a boiled egg, a handful of beans in tomato.
Apple slices, with a spoonful of unsweetened nut butter, or low-fat yogurt with a handful of muesli/granola.
Sliced vegetables and a spoonful of cottage cheese, grissini, or a homemade fruit and nut bar. A few cottage cheese pancakes or cottage cheese casserole, fruit and vegetable smoothies without added syrups.
