1. The marinade for barbecue is simple
You can prepare this marinade in advance and keep it in the refrigerator until you leave.
Ingredients:
- 250 ml of vinegar.
- 1 bunch of parsley.
- 2 bay leaves.
- 1 large onion.
- salt, ground black pepper.
Method of preparation:
- Pour the chopped meat with vinegar, add all the ingredients, and marinate for 2 hours.
2. Mint and lemon marinade for chicken
Ingredients:
- Sprigs of fresh mint - 1 pc.
- Lemon juice - 4 tbsp.
- White wine - 100 ml
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Marjoram, sprigs - 1 pc.
- Thyme, sprigs - 1 pc.
- Red pepper - 0.5 tbsp
- Red sweet pepper - 0.5 tbsp
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Method of preparation:
- Coarsely chop the meat, chop the mint together with the onion, and pour over the lemon juice.
- Mix the meat, onion, and mint. Add garlic and spices.
- Pour wine over everything and mix well.
- Leave the chicken in the marinade for 30 minutes.
3. Mustard marinade for pork
Ingredients:
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 90 g
- Spicy herbs (oregano, basil) - to taste
- Grilling spice mix - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Combine the spices with soy sauce, add mustard and herbs.
- Marinate the meat in the resulting marinade for 3-4 hours.
4. Kiwi marinade for veal
Ingredients:
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Kiwi - 4 pcs.
- Pepper - to taste
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the meat into large pieces.
- For the marinade: grate the kiwi, chop the onion and mix with the spices, add to the kiwi.
- Marinate the meat for 20 minutes.
5. Marinade for fish
Ingredients:
- Dry white wine - 75 g
- Oil - 20 g
- Lemon - 1.5 pcs.
- Onion - 30 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt to taste
How to cook:
- Finely chop the onion, mix it with salt and pepper, and add wine, oil, and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the fish and marinate for 1.5-2 hours.
