Zucchini casserole
Ingredients:
- young zucchini - 3-4 pcs.
- olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- celery stalks - 100 g
- cheese - 200 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- butter - 50 g
- flour - 2 tbsp
- milk - 1 glass
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt and ground black pepper - to taste
- parsley - 1 bunch
- basil - 1 bunch
Method of preparation:
- Wash and peel the zucchini well. Cut into thin slices and place in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, until tender.
- Fry the flour in butter, add the pre-whipped milk and eggs, mix everything well so that the flour does not burn and does not clump. Leave it to brew.
- Season the mixture well with pepper and salt.
- Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil and put the zucchini in it.
- Chop the herbs and grind them with the cheese, put them on the zucchini, pour the prepared flour sauce, sprinkle with herbs and hard cheese.
- Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200°C.
Zucchini pizza
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2-3 pcs.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- chicken breast - 1 pc.
- tomato - 1 pc.
- breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp.
- flour - 5 tbsp.
- butter - 50 g
- black pepper, salt - to taste
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of green onions
Method of preparation:
- Wash the zucchini and grate it on a coarse grater, squeeze the flesh well, add the egg and flour and the chopped herbs, salt, pepper, mix everything well.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Put the finished zucchini dough in it, then boiled chicken fillet and tomato slices.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180°C.
Crispy zucchini sticks
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
- olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp.
- garlic powder - 1 tsp.
- paprika - 20 g
- salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- Peel the zucchini and cut it into cubes.
- Mix olive oil with salt and spices and leave the zucchini to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Roll the well-marinated zucchini in breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet.
- Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200° C.
