Yogurt and cucumber-based sauce

Ingredients:

  • Natural yogurt or sour cream – 400 ml
  • Cucumber – 2 pcs
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Paprika – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Greens (lettuce, dill, parsley) – 20 g
  • Salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut it open, and remove all the seeds. Then grate it on a coarse grater and put it in a colander, add salt and pepper, and after 10 minutes squeeze the juice well so that it is dry.
  2. Finely chop the garlic, chop the herbs, and add them to the cucumber mixture.
  3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the cucumber, garlic, and herbs.
  4. Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with paprika.
