From April 1 to April 7, the moon will be waning. This period is also called the waning or rotten moon phase. It is advised to pay special attention to the root system of plants. During the new moon period, which falls on the 8th of April, nothing is usually planted. No fertilizers, no sowing, no planting, no reproduction – our ancestors considered this period to be completely unfavorable for gardening. The only thing that could be done was pruning or preventive maintenance in the garden.
The moon will grow from April 9 to 23. Experts advise planting vegetables, herbs, grasses, and ornamental crops.
The full moon will come on April 24. You can do everything related to the reproduction and pruning of plants, as well as take care of pest control.

Composting can be done on April 14, 15, 24.
April 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, and 21-23 are favorable dates for grafting and pinching.
Measures to combat diseases and pests should be taken on April 3-5, 7, 8, 12, 13.
The following dates are suitable for cleaning the site and repairing tools: April 3, 4, 7, 8, 16-28.
