Liquid soap solution
This solution will help you protect your plants not only from aphids but also from mites and powdery mildew. To prepare it you will need:
- 2 tablespoons of liquid soap;
- 8 tablespoons of baking soda;
- 1 teaspoon of iodine.
Mix all the ingredients in a liter glass jar, add warm water, and stir. The resulting liquid should be diluted with 10 liters of water. You can start treating plants with this solution.
Ammonia
Ammonia, by the way, is used not only as a pest control agent but also as a fertilizer. It is an ammonia compound and can serve as an additional source of nitrogen.
To prepare a solution that can be used to protect plants from aphids, you need to mix 50 ml of ammonia in 10 liters of water. The treatment can be carried out immediately after mixing the liquid.
