Flies tend to breed in moist organic materials such as rotten food, garbage, or animal waste.

Sticky fly traps are one of the most effective ways to get rid of pests. Just place the trap in the place where the insects most often appear. You can also make your own traps with a jar of sugar water and detergent.

You can use natural repellents, such as essential oils, along with fly traps. Eucalyptus, lavender, or peppermint work well to repel insects - just soak cotton balls in these oils and place them in the rooms.

Apple cider vinegar will also come in handy. Fill a bowl with apple cider vinegar and cover it with cling film. Make small holes in the film. Flies will be attracted by the smell of vinegar - thus you will create a natural trap for insects.
