The First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska received the Unlock Big Change award from the global children's charity organization Theirworld. The honorary award recognizes leaders who fight for children's right to education. For the prestigious event, the wife of the Ukrainian president chose an embroidered shirt from the Ukrainian brand GUNIA.

"Without a doubt, this is an award for everyone who fights for the right of Ukrainian children to education and development. All our teachers and students, parents, patrons and volunteers. I am grateful to all of you for making education possible during the war," the public figure wrote on her official Telegram channel.

Zelenska wore a loose-fitting embroidered shirt with an accent collar and ornaments on the long puffed sleeves. The piece from last year's GUNIA collection is called "Orina" and is inspired by the embroidery on naive 20th-century towels on display at the Ivan Honchar Museum. "The embroidery plot is dedicated to the Ukrainian wedding tradition and features its iconic elements: angels, doves, and a couple of newlyweds," reads the description of the shirt, which cost 18,500 hryvnias.

The First Lady paired the embroidered shirt with dark high-waisted pants and a belt that added a rough edge to the look thanks to a massive buckle. She wore her signature side-parted hairstyle, and completed the picture with delicate makeup and peach lip gloss.
