Add more moisture
After you've thoroughly cleansed, moisturized, and applied primer, don't rush to apply the concealer right away.
First, take a special makeup sponge, also called a beauty blender, wet it with plain water, and squeeze it out well.

Then, using a damp tool, start to blend the concealer into the skin, moving from the inner corner of the eye to the temples.
Immediately, before the product dries, take a little powder and apply it to the under-eye area to blend it into the concealer.
A wet sponge will help apply the product more evenly and thinly, and the powder will fix the result and prevent the cosmetics from sliding on the face during the day.
