The freckle trend has been relevant for several seasons now. If you want to experiment, you can use products that you probably already have in your makeup bag.

To get a great faux freckle effect, you'll need brown eyeshadow, a brow brush, and some micellar water.

Rose Seard, co-founder of Rose and Ben, shared a surprisingly easy life hack.

1. Take a clean brow brush and dampen it slightly with micellar water.
2. Next, choose an eye shadow of the optimal shade that perfectly matches your skin tone. The eyeshadow will become the basis for artificial freckles.
3. Carefully apply the brush and use your fingernail to blend the eyeshadow onto the skin. Hold the brush closer to your face for better control.
4. To touch up freckles, take a small brush and lightly buff them with a little powder foundation.

To make freckles look as natural as possible, draw them in a random order - the spots should be scattered all over the face with different spaces between them. If you have a small pimple or age spots, imitation freckles are the perfect way to hide imperfections.
