Famous Ukrainian trainer Anita Lutsenko has set the record straight on the most effective exercises for keeping your abs toned and making your buttocks more rounded. As she notes, first of all, you need to take care of your endurance and not overload yourself.

When asked by her InstaStories followers about the best exercises for the parts of the body that people focus on the most - the buttocks and abs - the athlete briefly replied that even basic workouts are enough.

"There is the concept of a base: squats, lunges, bridge, straight curls," she listed the list of exercises.

However, an important aspect of a quality workout is, first and foremost, the absence of overload and the proper selection of future "manipulations" with your body. "The [exercises should be performed] that a person is able to do," Lutsenko emphasized.

Based on her explanation, it is clear that short workouts of 15-20 minutes, which most often appear in trainers' blogs, are basic, but unlikely to give the desired result. "Regular workouts of 15-20 minutes can be the basis for good health and a toned body," she wrote.

It is worth noting that the athlete emphasized the need for proper nutrition to create the foundation for the dream body: "In combination with nutrition, [exercise can be] the basis for a slim body."

Earlier, Anita Lutsenko shared a brain trick that makes her crave sweets all the time. She doesn't forbid eating cakes and other goodies, but emphasizes their proper use.
