Anita Lutsenko named the best time to work out and said whether cardio or strength training is healthier
Anita Lutsenko, a well-known Ukrainian fitness trainer, is an excellent weight loss specialist. She has determined the best time to work out that will not harm your health.
On her Instagram page, Lutsenko wrote in detail when exactly to start exercising. Her methodology allows you to lose extra pounds while eating well.
Anita Lutsenko says that you can start training when it is most comfortable for you. "When it's realistic. When you can fit it into your schedule. Let it be 5 minutes, not 1 hour, but if there is a chance that it will happen, then it's a top pick," the coach emphasizes.
In the morning
Lutsenko notes that you can do exercises lasting 5-10-15 minutes before breakfast. Or 40 minutes after eating. If you have more time and desire, you can do an hour-long workout before or after breakfast. "Exercising on an empty stomach will help you lose more weight," the trainer emphasized.
Day
"If they used to say that cardio was more useful, now the trend is that strength and cardio are on a par in terms of benefits. Ideally, it's better to combine them. High intensity is 75 minutes a week, or low intensity is 300 minutes a week. This is the minimum for a healthy body and mind. If it's less, get ready for health problems," Anita said.
Evening
Late afternoon is not the best time to train, but it is very popular. "As for me, training without a coach (who is waiting for you) has little chance of happening, because fatigue or other plans are very important. For some people, training in the evening will not allow them to sleep properly, so it's better to postpone it. But for those who do, it's great," said the fitness trainer.
Anita Lutsenko emphasizes that training is our health. Therefore, you should do exercises systematically, not once a month. You just need to choose a training schedule that is comfortable for you.
