Anita Lutsenko disproved the most common myth about weight loss
Famous fitness trainer and healthy lifestyle inspirer Anita Lutsenko has shared some of the false facts about weight loss she comes across from time to time in her work. According to the trainer of the popular TV show "Zvazheni ta Shchasti" (Weighted and Happy), sports alone is not enough to lose rounded shapes, and proper nutrition is not just about low-calorie foods.
Anita Lutsenko claims that you should eat delicious food, but you still need to be moderate. The star trainer told about this in an interview with OBOZ.UA.
"One of the most widespread myths is the belief that you can lose weight only through exercise," says the fitness trainer. You can work out every day, but if your diet remains saturated with fatty and sweet foods, you won't be able to achieve the desired result in terms of fitness and health. Another misconception is to believe that the strength is an indicator of training effectiveness. And, of course, the myth that you need to eat perfectly to look good. It's not true: food should be tasty, varied and balanced, but most importantly, it should be moderate."
Anita Lutsenko also admitted that there are "no taboos in her fridge." "Everything can be there. Even though I haven't drunk alcohol for more than a year - and this is one of the best decisions in my life, which has had a positive effect on my skin - I always have a bottle of wine for my guests."
