Ingredients:
- minced chicken - 400 g
- carrots - 1 pc
- onion - 1/2 pcs
- apple - 1 pc
- salt, pepper, dry garlic, paprika, cinnamon
Sauce:
- milk - 150 g
- 33% cream - 50 ml
- butter - 15-20 g
- salt, pepper, dry garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Grate, chop or beat the apple, carrots and onions.
2. Mix the ingredients with the minced meat.
3. Add spices, beat off the minced meat slightly and form meatballs. Put them in the mold.
4. For the sauce, mix all the necessary ingredients. Pour over the meatballs.
5. Bake at 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
